STEP BY STEP EXPLANATION TO START, (for first time users) OR LOGIN WITH PAYSPACE

Employee Self Service (Abbreviation: ESS)

  • First time users need to register first and set a password
  • Make sure Vencorp has an active email address from you
    • (We normally use the email address you gave us upon registration)
  • Should the given email address be incorrect, please provide the correct email address

Troubleshooting

Should the given email address be incorrect, please provide the correct email address and follow these steps:

  • Follow the link: https://identity.yourhcm.com/Register
  • Fill in your email address
  • Select "Register"
  • Check your inbox for an email from Payspace to set up your private password (should the email not be in your inbox please check your spam or empty your inbox for more space)
  • Set your password - should be at least 8 characters, consisting of:
    • upper case,
    • lower case,
    • numbers and
    • special characters
    • e.g. Tony123#
  • Follow this link https://identity.yourhcm.com/Register and select "Back to Login"
  • Enter your email address and password that you selected to log in

How to access your Payslip

  • After logging into your profile, you will now see a menu in the top left corner with 3 bars - click on it
  • Select your Payslips and view, download or email your payslips

Bookmark the Payspace page and save your login details for easy access for the next log in session

Be advised that if you try to log in with the wrong password more than 3 times, your account will be blocked for security purposes. Contact us should you receive a message indicating that your profile has been blocked.
